Job Summary and Responsibilities

{{firstname}} is seeking an innovative, creative thinker with a passion for helping nonprofits for the role of Program Manager. The Program Manager role requires a multichannel fundraising and engagement specialist who understands video production and communication. The {{firstname}} Program Manager works directly will multiple client partners, leading multichannel communication and fundraising campaigns. The Program Manager will need a project leadership mindset, while also maintaining a willingness to execute the tactical elements of digital campaigns, including the creation and execution of comprehensive multichannel donor engagement strategies, automatedmarketing campaigns, paid digital advertising campaigns, data-driven donor engagement, and other sophisticated modern marketing tactics. This position will reportto the {{firstname}} Product Manager. We are looking for someone who is excited by new ideas and applying those ideas to organizations focused on making the world a better place. The following qualifications are required:

  • Project management experience and the ability to manage multiple components
    of complex projects.
  • Ability to lead multiple client engagements simultaneously.
  • Experience developing and leading paid digital advertising campaigns, especially
    on Facebook and Instagram.
  • Knowledge of sophisticated automated marketing and retargeting tools.
  • Experience developing and executing video marketing plans and strategies.
  • Experience writing copy, especially for social media and other online media.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills both in-person and via remote
    connection (phone, webinar, teleconference).
  • Strong understanding of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Keen attention to detail and experience proofreading business documents and
  • Strong public speaking skills.
  • Self-learner.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

The following qualifications are preferred, but not required:

  • Minimum of three years professional experience.
  • Professional experience in an agency environment.
  • Certification in Google business tools.
  • Experience working with nonprofit organizations.
  • SEM/paid search experience.
  • Video editing experience using the Final Cut Pro or a comparable video editing
    software platform.
  • Experience producing video with a demonstrated history of capturing b roll and
    interviews for full-scale video production.
  • Experience presenting digital strategies and concepts before clients.
  • Graphic design experience.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Approximately $55,000/year plus bonuses, commensurate with experience.

  • This position is based out of the firm’s Minneapolis office with some overnight
    travel to client sites required.
